Class Times
Our small classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to those familiar with yoga, allowing you to practice at your own pace with constant inspiration and guidance. The classes are 75 or 90 minutes long. Our studio accommodates up to 6 people and Stephanie and Sarah take it in turns to teach and adjust the class. You will have the benefit of clear instruction, a watchful eye and gentle hands-on adjustment.
We also teach individuals or groups at a time and/or venue to suit you.
Monday: 09:15 - 10:30 (All Levels), 11:00 - 12:15 (All Levels)
Tuesday: 09:30 - 11:00 (Intermediate)
Wednesday: 09:15 - 10:30, 20:00 - 21:15 (All Levels)
Thursday: 09:30 - 10:45 (All Levels), 11:15 - 12:30 (All Levels)
Friday: 09:30 - 10:45 (All Levels)

Astanga has an established history of adjustment where the teacher gently helps the student to align and work more deeply within each posture. Our ethic is to teach this dynamic form of yoga with care and attention to the individual. Please arrive a few minutes early if it is your first class so that we can meet you and discuss your previous experience and any injuries or medical conditions you may have. We add 15 minutes of yoga nidra (relaxation) every four weeks to deepen the experience of relaxation at the end of each class .
