Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy and birth are a peak experience. Classes will aim to find space and freedom allowing you to connect with your body, your baby, your mind and your breath. We aim to find a balance of strong energies with concious relaxation. Classes start Sunday September 5 at 1845 and Wednesday September 8 at 1100.

Astanga for beginners every Wednesday at 0915.  An introduction to Astanga yoga pose by pose; learning the primary sequence through the use of the breath and bandhas.

Evening Hatha class on Monday  2000-2115.

Note. Daytime classes finish for the summer on Fri July 16 and start again on Mon September 6.

Sunday, Monday and Wednesday evening classes continue throughout the summer.

Sarah and Stephanie established Theyogahutch in 2006 and are dedicated to teaching and sharing their knowledge and experience of astanga, hatha and pregnancy yoga.

 
The Yoga Hutch is a private tranquil space. We offer a warm friendly atmosphere where students will benefit from clear instruction, gentle adjustment and a sensitive watchful eye.
 
We have a daily timetable of morning and evening classes suitable for beginners and more advanced students looking to take their practice to another level.
 
For pregnant and new mothers we offer courses to give you a sense of wellbeing and empowerment.
 
If you prefer individual sessions, we can arrange them to suit you.
