A gentle yoga class exploring the principles of somatic movement and its connection to yoga asana, meditation and breath-work. A class to make time and space for the breath and stillness, to move with fluidity and greater awareness. To improve posture, coordination and energy, and release tension and pain from common musculoskeletal conditions.
